COFFEE CART SPONSOR

Coffee Cart Sponsorship includes:

• One (1) x complimentary registration, where registration includes attendance at the welcome reception, plenary sessions and conference dinner
• Opportunity to provide branded coffee cups (to be supplied by the sponsor subject to MLSQ and venue approval).
• Opportunity to provide branded uniforms (hats, aprons, shirts, etc.) for the coffee cart staff (to be supplied by the sponsor subject to MLSQ and venue approval).
• Opportunity to display one free standing banner exclusively at the coffee cart or provide custom signage for the cart itself.
• Title in program ‘Coffee Cart proudly sponsored by ‘Your Organisation’
• 1 clothed trestle table and 2 x chairs (with space for maximum of 2 standard sized pull up banners) in catering area of the conference, positioned near the coffee cart for easy interaction with coffee lovers
• Verbal recognition of major sponsorship by the MC
• Sponsor logo added to slide displayed during recess.
• Conference Website - Logo, link and 100-word corporate message
• Quarter page advertisement in the conference program 
• One (1) satchel inserts/gifts/brochures into the conference satchel bag
• Access to a full delegate list (full name, position and organisation only) at the symposium (subject to delegate consent)
• Sponsor logo displayed on bottom of promotional e-newsletters from time payment is received right up until the conference
